Our wedding ceremony will be held at my church.  Good Shepherd is a very special place to me, as it is the only church I remember attending, and I went to school here from Kindergarten through Eighth grade.  I also worked at the after-school care for almost five years.  It is literally like my second home and I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else.  Derrick has been attending with me since about Thanksgiving time of 2007 and he loves it.

I always pictured having my reception in a tent...this is a tented pavilion, so it is PERFECT (do not have to worry about walking through muddy grass, getting to the bathroom, etc)!  When we walked inside, we KNEW it was THE place.  Perfect.
